Recently Covid 19 has been teaching the whole world to adapt to changing circumstances. My personal capacity to adapt is evident in my transition between sectors throughout my career - from architecture and construction to education and operations management, and then into the humanitarian and international development sectors. Within each role I have had to adapt further to regularly changing workplace conditions and objectives. Examples include:
Implementing a new student management system within a K-12 school
Relocating to India to design and manage a community design project
Preparing Covid 19 policy and procedures for two different organisations (School and NGO)
Remotely managing a construction project in Fiji from Sydney under Covid conditions
