Adapt

Covid 19 has taught us all how to adapt. My capacity to adapt in the transitions throughout my career - from architecture and construction to education and operations management, and then into the humanitarian sector. Within each role I have had to adapt further to regularly changing workplace conditions and objectives. Examples include:

• Implementing a new student management system within a K-12 school

• Relocating to India to design and manage a community design project

• Preparing Covid 19 policy and procedures for two different organisations (School and NGO)

• Remotely managing a construction project in Fiji from Sydney under Covid conditions
